Time for a little comparison. So this is me at about 15 1/2 weeks....
And this is me at 25 weeks (yes I had just gotten out of the shower when we took this picture... oh well). 
I don't realize how big I"m getting until I look at these photos. With 15 weeks to go I've got a lot of time to grow... and I already feel as big as a house. :-) (in a good way...)
